By signing in using Google or utilizing Guest Mode, you represent that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the service.

2. Description of Service

Reflections is a daily productivity journaling application utilizing the Plus-Minus-Next system. It integrates with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth) to save and sync data.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Reflections only for lawful personal journaling and productivity purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the application or Google Cloud resources.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or security of the service. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or loss of data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
